Do we add solution to pressure cleaning?

Yes, on most areas.

First we pre treat the surface to start removing the organic growth, then we pressure clean and  apply a post treatment to prevent the organic growth coming back.

What is a 'Soft Wash'?

Soft wash is a cleaning process with lower pressure and a mix of solution.

We use a 4 part solution to remove organic growth, on sensitive surfaces and areas.

Example, we do not recommend pressure cleaning a roof as paint will be removed or tile grout can be damaged, instead we let the solution do the work, still making the roof look brand new again.

Does the solution go down the storm water drain on the street?

NO!   We create a dam in the street gutters and redirect the  water flow in to a garden bed.
